Job Title - Production Associate/General Helper
Job Location - Plant City, FL
Job shift – Group A: Saturday - Sunday 5:30pm to 5:30am (12hrs Shift),
Monday - Tuesday 8:00am to 4:00pm (8hrs Shift)
Group B: Thursday - Friday 8:00am to 4:00pm (8hrs Shift)
Saturday - Sunday 5:30am to 5:30pm (12hrs Shift)
Group C : Monday - Friday 9:30pm –5:30am
Pay Rate - $ 13.00 - $13.75 per hour
Job Type - Temp to hire
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Machine Operators in the production process
- Move, stack and pack materials help with loading and unloading of trucks
- Placing products in equipment or on work surfaces for further processing, inspecting or wrapping
- Examine products to verify quality standards
- Prepare material in bundles for shipments
- Observe equipment for any malfunctions and notify operators
- Mark and tag identification on product
- Prepare raw materials for processing
- Inventory
- Cleaning of warehouse, materials and work area
Job Requirements:
- Previous warehouse experience
- Some knowledge of equipment maintenance
- Knowledge of Safety procedures
- Basic computer knowledge
- Ability to have time management and high degree of attention
- Good communication skills
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. plus
- Able to work with others in team lifting
- Able to work the entire shift

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Production & Assembly Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)
