Reporting to the Vice President – South District, this key role will primarily be responsible for ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction, retention, and financial performance with assigned service accounts. This will be achieved through ongoing cadence, reviews, surveys, and touch points that funnel feedback to the organization on how it can improve its performance and provide services that drive business value with our valued customers.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand, communicate, and enforce Company Safety, Quality and Accountability Program (PASS).
- Manage assigned accounts, driving customer satisfaction, financial targets, and retention.
- Understand individual account business goals & objectives and how we can support their achievement and success.
- Make regular visits to create, to identify opportunities for growth within our platform and to maintain all assigned accounts.
- Facilitate quarterly business reviews with assigned service accounts to gauge customer satisfaction, customer spend (share of wallet), areas to improve, upcoming capital projects or needs, and overall performance.
- Identify customer needs and make prioritized recommendations for service agreement adds or upgrades.
- Identify upcoming service, capital projects, and engage business development team members as needed.
- Assist accounts with planning for upcoming turnarounds, outages, or other high activity service programs.
- Complete job performance surveys upon the completion of all major service engagements. Share feedback with all TWI account participants.
REQUIREMENTS
- Previous account management experience.
- Must fully understand and be able to articulate the services and capabilities of the entire organization.
- Must be able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Must have excellent time management skills and be able to consistently meet bid submission deadlines.
- Must have excellent written and oral communications with the ability to deliver marketing presentations.
- Must have the ability to nurture customer loyalty, build trust, and maintain credibility.
- Must have the ability to use Microsoft Office and Outlook for business related tasks such as appointment setting, writing letters and creating and updating simple spreadsheets.
- Must maintain a valid state issued driver’s license and comply with company driving policy.
- This role will require frequent commutes between office and customer sites.
- Works extended periods of time speaking on the phone and using a computer.
- Associate degree from a two-year college or technical school.
- Experience in heavy industrial construction or maintenance a plus.
- May work in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- May work in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.
- May work in areas with hazardous chemicals.
- May work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
- May be required to sit for long periods of time.
- Will regularly be required to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Communications:
- Able to read, write, speak & comprehend English fluently.
Hearing:
- Hearing adequate to perform job duties.
Speaking:
- Able to communicate clearly in person and over phone.
Vision:
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties as indicated.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,696.00 - $104,904.00 per year
