DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Understand, communicate, and enforce Company Safety, Quality and Accountability Program (PASS).
- Supports the work activities being done by performing manual labor.
- May be required to carry tools, dig trenches or ditches, lift materials and equipment into place, move equipment or materials to a different location, and perform other non-skilled tasks.
- Cleans worksite and maintains the area to avoid tripping hazards.
- Loading and off-loading ISO containers, railcars, and trucks with various hazardous materials.
- Change, pack, and store materials into super sacks as well as re-worker products back into the chutes.
- Assist with warehouse, hole, fire, and bottle watch jobs for various hot work.
- Maintain standard check list and general housekeeping of the plant.
REQUIREMENTS
- 20 Hour RSO Training is preferred.
- Regularly works in varying weather conditions: hot, cold, and wet conditions.
- Regularly works in areas with large industrial equipment subject to high noise levels.
- May work in areas with hazardous chemicals.
- May work outdoors on uneven surfaces.
- May be required to stand for long periods of time.
- Will regularly be required to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
Communications:
- Able to read, write, speak & comprehend English fluently
Hearing:
- Hearing adequate to perform job duties
Speaking:
- Able to communicate clearly in person and over phone
Vision:
- Visual acuity adequate to perform job duties as indicated
