Responsibilities:
- Oversee the daily operations of the front end department
- Manage and supervise a team of front end associates
- Ensure excellent customer service at all times
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints in a professional manner
- Train and develop front end staff on company policies and procedures
- Monitor and maintain accurate cash handling procedures
- Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail or customer service role
- Strong market and product knowledge
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Proven ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts
- Proficient in administrative tasks such as scheduling and inventory management
- Experience in team management and training development
- Strong math skills for cash handling and financial reporting
