Hours – Available shift:
Shift 1 - Monday to Friday (11:30 PM- 8:00 AM)
Shift 2 - Monday to Friday (11:00 PM- 7:30: AM)
Shift 3 - Friday to Monday (9:00 PM- 7:45: AM)
Contract Type – Contract to possible hire
Vaccine Requirement – Yes
Job Responsibilities:
- The Alarm Dispatcher answer calls from retail stores regarding emergency situation such as fire, theft, power outages, accident or injuries etc.
- The Alarm Dispatcher responsible for routing to proper authorities such as police, fire dept, electricians etc
- The Alarm Dispatcher need to b effectively interact with management and local emergency response
Requirements:
- Demonstrated ability to work with an Alarm Coordinator, high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
- Customer service, preferably over the telephone
