Position Title: Remote Healthcare Sales Representative
Hours: M-F
Pay Rate: $21.50 - $23.50/hr ( Commission Potential)
Location: Remote but you must reside in one of the following states: IA, IL, MI, MN, MO or WI
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required
· 1-3 years of experience within Health Plan sales, broker relationship and/or inside sales
· Current Minnesota Health Insurance License or the ability to obtain within the first 90-days of employment
Job Description:
Position Purpose:
The Inside Sales Specialist is responsible for increasing Medicare membership. The Sales Specialist utilizes their expertise to effectively assist prospects and members through the sales cycle to ensure they are recommending the best product for their needs. This driven individual meets and exceeds their sales goals while being compliant to ensure the best overall experience for our future members.
Responsibilities:
· Identify potential leads through various channels (e.g., online research, social media, CRM data).
· Qualify leads to determine their potential value and fit for the company's offerings.
· Initiate contact with potential and existing customers via phone, email, or video calls.
· Conduct needs assessments to understand customer requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
· Prepare and deliver sales presentations or demonstrations of products/services.
· Develop and present customized proposals and quotes based on customer needs.
· Stay informed about product/service features, benefits, and industry trends.
· Provide accurate information and answer questions about products/services.
· Manage and track sales leads and opportunities through the CRM system.
· Follow up on leads and manage the sales pipeline to ensure timely closure.
· Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers.
· Close sales deals and ensure customer agreements are executed accurately.
· Build and maintain strong relationships with customers.
· Address customer concerns, handle objections, and resolve issues effectively.
· Track sales performance metrics and report on progress toward targets.
· Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.
