The ideal candidate will:
- Have a commitment to Touchmark’s values (excellence, teamwork, hospitality, integrity, and compassion), as well as a desire to model these values and encourage others to be allies, friends, and givers
- Have experience in a skilled nursing/rehab community, preferably in a management role
- Be currently licensed as a Registered Nurse (RN) in Washington
- Washington State Skilled Nursing Administrators License preferred
- Minimum 2 years nursing experience
- Assist in the planning and coordination of resident care, employee development, and continued quality improvement in our licensed care neighborhoods
- Be willing to work occasional weekend and holiday shifts and on-call rotation
- Have a genuine interest in caring for elderly residents and working in a geriatric environment
- Possess a willingness to continue learning and improving skills, as well as a commitment to confidentiality
- Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members, and visitors
