By promoting a positive and productive workplace, you will help to ensure that each team member is serving as a positive presence in the lives of residents and their family members.
Duties for this position will include, but are not limited to, managing the full-cycle recruitment process for all open positions; coordinating and conducting a thorough orientation for new team members; tracking all benefits and employment status changes; management training; and managing workers' compensation and unemployment claims. One of your primary focuses will be active, ongoing recruitment of employees – experience utilizing social media and professional networking to fill open positions will give you a head start in this role!
The ideal candidate will:

Possess a bachelor’s degree in human resources management or other related field
Have at least three years’ experience in a human resources role, with duties that included high-volume staffing and recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, benefits administration, and worker’s compensation administration in a return-to-work environment
Have a working knowledge of federal and Washington state employment laws
Understand the importance of maintaining a high degree of confidentiality and professionalism
Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office applications and basic office equipment
Be able to maintain patient and tactful composure when dealing with residents, family members, staff members and visitors
Salary : $75,000 - $85,000
