The Purpose:
The purpose of this position is to support the community by delivering premier customer service in every interaction through both verbal and written communications.
Responsibilities:
- Operate the Community paging and telephone system.
- Communicate effectively on the telephone and in person.
- Receive, sort and distribute mail accurately and timely.
- Screen and direct all incoming calls appropriately.
- Answer all inquiries according to Community release of information policies and procedures.
- Enforce visitation policies and procedures.
- Screen all individuals coming into the Community and exercise good judgment in granting entrance.
- Interact with residents or residents’ representatives and direct them to appropriate individuals.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or GED required along with prior experience including high volume of telephone calls
- Hours are 4pm -7:30pm 3 days a week and every other weekend 9am-6pm
