Maintenance Technician

Position Summary

Currently look for skilled maintenance labor to service and maintain manufactured homes. Scope of work includes carpentry, painting, electrical, plumbing and outside grounds work. This position involves being on-call rotation at times and the ability to meet deadlines for work orders.

Essential Functions

  • Assist with service and maintenance of homes
  • Assist Maintenance Team for success
  • Respond to resident service requests
  • Maintain the storage compound in a safe and organized manner
  • Maintain tools, the maintenance facility, and equipment
  • Assist in Maintaining all utility facilities within the Community
  • Follow safety precautions
  • Complete all work in a timely manner, without sacrificing quality
  • Maintain professional behavior which does not interfere with the individual’s work, the work of another Team Member, or the quality of life for Community Residents
  • Maintain community assets including grounds, buildings, equipment, etc. Respond to emergency calls as directed by Supervisor
  • Clean vacant lots
  • Must have basic carpentry tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
