Job Title: Supply Chain Business Process Manager

Reports to: Director of Retail Business Processes

Division: Operations & Logistics

OVERVIEW

The Supply Chain Business Process Manager should provide operational and logistical support to ensure maximum productivity within the organization. This individual will need to assist in the management of a network of suppliers, the central warehouse and other satellite locations within the company. Additionally, the SC Business Process Manager must have a comprehensive understanding of the supply chain and related tools that streamline transportation and inventory maintenance. As such, this person must be a strong communicator with a desire for innovation and transformation.

The SC Business Process Manager is responsible for cross-functional collaboration and partnership to assess current processes and system requirements for supply chain. This person is a key user in the company’s digital transformation, which includes enterprise resource planning system migration. As such, this person will take an overall business operations viewpoint in process assessment, documentation and improvement.

ESSENTIAL JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Serve as ERP system migration supply chain management process lead, in close partnership with the digital transformation team. Key user for all retail related ERP functions.
  • Analyze data in support of business cases and systems requirements.
  • Meet, in conjunction with the Director of Retail Business Processes and VP of Operations & Logistics, with decision makers, systems owners, and end users to define business, financial, and operations requirements and systems goals, and resolve systems issues.
  • Work with business teams and technical teams to define business needs or create new business opportunities and implement innovative solutions that meet business objectives.
  • Analyze the effectiveness and efficiency of existing systems and develops strategies for improving or further leveraging these systems.
  • Apply proven communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills to help maximize the benefit of information and technology system investments.
  • Maintain documentation on databases and processes.
  • Execute User Acceptance Test scenarios, reviews test plans with delivery teams to ensure product will meet all acceptance criteria and may perform testing as necessary.
  • Define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
  • Participate in external client and vendor meetings, including requirements gathering, project status updates, issue management/resolution, and training sessions.
  • Effectively monitor and communicate brand relationship protection initiatives to maintain the integrity of brand’s supply chain. This includes current audit report review and ensuring the initiatives carry through to future systems.
  • Continuous improvement of business processes and working with the Retail Business Process and Operations & Logistics teams during the transition periods.
  • Responsible for the execution of all retail business process improvement initiatives in conjunction with the Director of Retail Business Processes and VP of Operations & Logistics
  • Self-motivated, with strong attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • 3 years of supply chain management experience
  • 2 years of related business process improvement
  • Previous digital transformation experience preferred
  • Project management, PMP certification is an asset
  • Highly skilled in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Access
  • Microsoft Dynamics 365 experience preferred
  • Excellent numerical aptitude and detail oriented
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skill
  • A bachelor’s degree is preferred

SALARY RANGE: $100,000-120,000 per year commensurate upon experience.
