The Motorsports Parts and Accessories Manager is responsible for all operations within the Parts department; managing Parts and Accessories counter and ensuring great customer service. This is a very fast paced position in a high-volume dealership. Candidate will have to have a proven record of cost effect strategies, customer service scores, and strong leadership abilities.

Responsibilities:

• Develop operational processes and set strategic goals
• Plan and monitor the day-to-day running of the Parts Department to ensure smooth progress
• Supervise staff, evaluate performance and provide constructive feedback
• Regularly evaluate the efficiency of business procedures according to organizational objectives and apply improvements
• Oversee customer support processes and organize them to enhance customer satisfaction
• Review financial information and adjust operational budgets to promote profitability
• Revise and/or formulate policies and promote their implementation
• Manage relationships/agreements with external partners/vendors
• Evaluate overall performance by gathering, analyzing and interpreting data and metrics
• Ensure that the Parts Department runs with legality and conformity to established regulations.
