What are the responsibilities and job description for the Cash Office Rep position at Tower Health?
Under general supervision of the Supervisor and the Manager, performs a variety of functions including, but not limited to: cash handling and interacting with patients to achieve payment of accounts in accordance with current government and payer regulations, account follow up, responding to inquiries, resolving problems. Close cash drawers daily, creating Deposit slips for Bank deposits on a daily basis, entering all checks into Lawson/Stolas for deposit.
Keeping all spreadsheets and Documents updated with current cash flow. The Cash Office Representative represents The Tower Hospital and Medical Center in a professional manner using excellent customer service practices in the performance of all duties.
Monday -Friday ,8:00am-4:30pm with Every 5th Saturday Required.
