Position is for Clinical coordinator for Short Procedure Unit, PACU and PAT. Candidate must have experience in critical care, as well as pre and post op, Phase 1 and 2 recovery. Candidate will run the day-to-day staff schedule in these areas, as well as creating 6- week,staffing schedule, doing payroll, as well as other management tasks.
Hours: Hours are 7-330, with no weekends or on call.
Education Requirements:
- Graduate from an accredited school of nursing
Certifcations/Licensure
- PA RN Licensure
- BLS arequired
- ACLS required
- PALS required
- certification preferred. (CAPA or CPAN).
Experience:
- Critical Care required
- Pre/Post Op required
- Phase 1 and 2 recovery required
- Management exp required
Ideal candidate will have:
- Good organizational and critical thinking skills
- Experience in running day to day stafing schedule
- Experience in creating a staff schedule/Payroll/and other management tasks
