Role Description
As the Executive Assistant to the Founder, you will be an extension of our leader, embodying their values and executing their vision across a broad spectrum of responsibilities. Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably in a fast-paced, high-stakes environment. Experience in financial analysis or management is highly desirable.
- Exceptional organizational and time-management skills, with a proven ability to prioritize and execute tasks efficiently.
- Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the capacity to provide meaningful insights.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the proficiency to engage with a diverse range of individuals and groups.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, financial software, and the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive support to the Founder, ensuring efficient management of their schedule, communications, and priorities.
- Act as a liaison between the Founder and internal/external stakeholders, demonstrating exceptional diplomacy and confidentiality.
- Actively take notes during founders’ meetings and provide detailed summaries.
- Be omnipresent and available at a moment’s notice.
- Manage complex travel arrangements, meeting planning, and logistics with meticulous attention to detail.
- Prepare financial reports, budgets, and presentations, interpreting and summarizing financial data with insights that guide decision-making.
- Undertake projects and research that contribute to the strategic goals of Tower Leadership, requiring critical thinking and innovative problem-solving skills.
- Adapt to rapidly changing priorities with resilience, embodying a proactive and anticipatory approach to managing tasks and challenges.
Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
