Job Description

Work with a team and manage your assigned to commodity in the area of Capital Procurement (Tools, Services, and Spare Parts) to enable the company's profitable growth. Close work and coordination with external vendors and internal stakeholders. Plan and execute near and long term global Capital purchases to efficiently increase the company's profit margin.

Integrate forecast with sales, marketing, operations and finance to define company Capital tool requirements. Develop Capital tool strategies that support monthly, quarterly and long term procurement plan to beat the company's cash margin. Apply experience and knowledge in fab manufacturing and equipment, supply chain, and operational excellence, to rationalize and benchmark all sourcing spends on a continuous basis.

Responsible for continuous improvement of the procurement process and best in-class spend rate. The job requires interaction with a wide range of interfaces inside & outside the organization, good communication skills, strong technical foundation, curiosity and self-learning ability.

Areas of Responsibilities:

• Managing Capital Equipment Suppliers for the purchasing department for the company's sites worldwide
• Managing all negotiations aspects of key suppliers
• Leading improvements projects in the global procurement department
• Budgeting support for company's departments and divisions
• Matrix support of the company site's buyers
• Work closely with site procurement managers, business and production Teams

• You have direct experience with Capital Equipment
• You have a good understanding of semiconductor manufacturing and process flows
• You have a good understanding of semiconductor equipment suppliers
• You have a proven track record of success in the semiconductor space
• You have the ability to create, source, strategize, and negotiate the best possible terms/outcomes
• You have the ability to negotiate both with internal and external stakeholders

Job Requirements

• Academic degree (Business, Finance, or Engineering) required
• Demonstrable understanding of semiconductor Capital equipment suppliers - a must
• Experience in conducting complex strategic negotiations in a global environment
• Experience working with SAP
• Experience in managing supply chain in a semiconductor environment
• Good communication skills and a high capability for working with different Interfaces
• Assertiveness
• High management and leading capabilities
• Willingness to travel to overseas sites (approximately 4 times a year)
