A GLIMPSE INTO YOUR DAY
As a Real Estate Listing Manager, you hold a multifaceted role with several key responsibilities. Your tasks include personally inspecting properties for accurate information, distributing promotional flyers, and updating pictures and descriptions in the MLS database. Embracing digital marketing and social media, you play a vital role in enhancing the visibility of listings and engaging potential buyers or renters.
Additionally, your role extends beyond listing duties. You take ownership of office management duties including, but not limited to, timesheet collection, monthly newsletter creation and distribution, incoming lead management, intern supervision, and onboarding and offboarding. Your organizational skills will be crucial in ensuring a seamless and efficient office operation.
You contribute as a team player, supporting various areas of real estate, such as property showings, market research, and overall marketing efforts. With attention to detail, excellent communication, and dedication, you ensure properties are presented effectively, leading to successful real estate transactions. QUALIFICATIONS
