Salary, incentives, and benefits
Our salary range is $50,000 to $90,000, with a higher starting salary and rank accounting for years of law enforcement experience and training. Officers have ample paid overtime and extra duty opportunities.

Co-Response is part of our DNA
Officers work side-by-side with our Crisis Unit – a co-responder model that has been part of our Police Department for 50 years. Officers and non-sworn crisis counselors collaborate and provide onsite emergency response to people who are experiencing a crisis.
