Performs the responsibilities of an entry-level Arizona Peace Officer which includes interacting with a culturally and socially diverse population, employing discretion in solving problems, maintaining public order, preventing crime, enforcing laws and ordinances, conducting investigations, making arrests, issuing summons/citations and warning and assisting the public.
Salary DOE. The Town of Miami is seeking an individual to work as a part-time transit driver. This position will work/drive as needed; to cover driver out sick, vacation, days off. Some days will be pre-scheduled, while other days will be called day of needing a shift covered. There is no set schedule for a Relief Driver. This is a Part-time, as needed position. Hours very between 6am to 6:30pm, depending on shift. Copper Mountain Transit operates Monday through Friday. No major holidays. High School or GED required. Applicants must have a valid Arizona Driver’s License and no traffic citations within the last 5 years. Position requires the following skills:
