What We Offer!
The Team Leader will oversee the Nurses, QMAs, and CNAs in the Health and Rehabilitation Center. They will provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support the nursing staff working in this area. They will report to the Nursing Unit Coordinator.

Qualifications
- CNA licensure in Indiana is preferred but can be obtained
- Knowledge of medical language and terminology
- Ability to communicate effectively
- Basic understanding of standard computer systems and office equipment
