What are the responsibilities and job description for the Scheduling Coordinator position at Towne Housing Real Estate?
Towne Housing Real Estate is hiring a scheduling coordinator to provide high-quality customer service to our residents. Responsible for the daily inquiries regarding maintenance repairs at our managed properties the coordinating role is essential to a positive customer experience and an efficient company operation. As part of the coordinating team, you will work with your team to ensure our technicians are responding to our customers needs in an organized fashion. In this role you will be equipped with the necessary tools of our office to successfully complete all tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Answering calls from tenants and clients and properly notate them in our system.
- Corresponding with tenants to schedule a technician to complete repairs needed within their apartments.
- Follow up with tenants to make sure they are receiving the best service from our technicians.
- Complete daily tasks log as assigned to ensure we are managing our workload and closing tasks in a timely manner.
- Communicate with the Property Management Team daily to assist their team in making repairs to properties and individual apartments.
- Work to schedule 3rd party vendors on site to make repairs to property.
- Assist in the collection of quotes for appliances, plumbing and electrical services.

Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
