Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Night Auditor. As a Night Auditor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our hotel during the overnight hours. This position requires excellent guest service skills, proficiency in phone etiquette, and the ability to perform night audit duties.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct night audit procedures, including balancing accounts and generating reports
- Handle guest check-ins and check-outs during the overnight shift
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, addressing any inquiries or concerns
- Assist with guest relations, ensuring a positive experience throughout their stay
- Answer phone calls and assist with reservations using our hotel management system
- Maintain accurate records of guest transactions and interactions
- Collaborate with other hotel staff to ensure a seamless guest experience
- Perform light administrative tasks as needed
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a hotel or hospitality setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
- Proficiency in phone systems and etiquette
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Knowledge of night audit procedures is desirable
