Description
Maintenance position requires maintaining of multiple locations including all ares but not limited to, Maintain Grounds, landscaping, trash removal, cleaning inside & outside of buildings, Dusting, sweeping, mopping, Perform minor fixes, Fix Locks, Change light bulbs, Inspect and trouble shoot equipment and systems, Maintain and clean Swamp coolers, Report to facilities regarding issues to be resolved, those needing attention, and those currently in progress, Basic computer knowledge requires some office coverage as well.
Requirements
Highschool Diploma or equivalent
Experience as a maintenance worker
Experience working with tools
Good Communication Skills
Strong organizational and follow up skills
Detail Orientated
Ability to maintain focus while working individually
Time management skills
Basic computer knowledge
