- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests
- Oversee the training and scheduling of hotel staff

- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
