**Overview:**
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Hotel Manager to oversee the daily operations of our hotel. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality management, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to lead a team effectively.
**Responsibilities:**
- Manage all aspects of the hotel operations including front desk, housekeeping, and maintenance
- Ensure exceptional customer service is provided to all guests
- Oversee the training and scheduling of hotel staff
- Conduct regular inspections of the property to maintain cleanliness and safety standards
- Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and complaints in a professional manner
- Implement and maintain hotel policies and procedures
- Manage budgets, expenses, and financial transactions
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for hotel supplies and services
**Requirements:**
- Previous experience in hotel management or a similar role
- Strong knowledge of hotel operations including front desk procedures, night audit, and human resources
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in budgeting and financial management
- Familiarity with phone systems and reservation software
