Toyota Carlsbad is currently looking for a Corporate Receptionist. This position will be responsible for answering and routing incoming business office/dealership calls and provides basic information to callers. The Receptionist is the dealership’s front-line contact with the Corporate Visitors and the public and must represent the corporate office in a professional, friendly manner at all times.

Qualifications
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) and 1-2 years experience with multi-line phone in a busy public environment or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Experienced in phone reception, front desk, and customer service
- Personal values to align with company values of Integrity, Teamwork, Innovation, Respect, and Excellence
- Intermediate data entry, Excel, Word, and Computer skills
- Organized, good follow up and time management skills
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must have the ability to communicate clearly and effectively.
- Must exhibit a professional appearance and demeanor.
