Who We’re Looking For
Toyota Financial Services (TFS) Technology team is looking for a highly motivated person to fill a role as a Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Cyber Threat Intelligence Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying, investigating, and mitigating cyber threats to our organization. This role involves managing our team of cyber threat intelligence analysts, developing threat intelligence strategies, and collaborating with other departments to enhance our overall security posture.
What you’ll be doing
Oversee the design and implementation of a cutting edge cyber threat intelligence program
Manage a team of cyber threat intelligence analysts
Collaborate with the security team and global stakeholders on new or emerging cyber threats
Conduct regular threat assessments and develop mitigation plans.
Oversee defining Priority Intelligence Needs and products that support those needs
Identify and improve processes through automation and defined measurements for ongoing program maturity
Support Incident Response activities as needed
Lead and influence current and future technology decisions with management, Security Architects, and other stakeholders
Maintain an active awareness of cyber threats, countermeasure technologies, and industry trends
Develop, maintain, and standardize security engineering documentation including but not limited to design, configuration, and procedural materials following internal and industry best practices
Conduct and participate in security training and knowledge sharing to grow team skills and talents
What You Bring
At least 5 years of experience in Cyber Security or Intelligence roles
Proficient in intelligence gathering techniques
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze complex issues and recommend effective solutions
In-depth knowledge of the threat landscape and security controls used to defend the enterprise
A positive attitude and a customer service-oriented mindset
Strong verbal and written abilities to engage with technical and non-technical resources
Highly organized and detail oriented
Self-motivated personality who can work independently and in team settings with minimal direction or guidance
Added bonus if you have
Cyber Security relevant certifications including CISSP, CEH, CCSP, or similar
Strong understanding of cyber security frameworks such as ISO 27001, NIST CSF, PCI DSS, GDPR, etc.
Experience with developing and implementing Cyber Security policies and standards
Risk Management experience in a regulated environment
Knowledge of Cyber Security regulations and laws
Cyber Incident Response experience
