What are the responsibilities and job description for the Procurement Admin position at Toyota?
Magnit Direct Sourcing on behalf of Toyota is currently hiring for a Procurement Admin role for a temporary, hybrid assignment in Plano, TX.
This position is a 12-month assignment, with potential to extend. The pay range for this role is between $18-$21/Hr. Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K.
Job Description:
- 1-3 years of experience
- System work will be done primarily in TMNA SAP Ariba
- Assist with processing a high volume of low risk and low dollar requisitions (typically less than $25,000)
Tasks would include – Confirming rates align to standards, benchmarking, PO issuance.
- Assist with PO issuance and operations tasks as needed.
- Processing NDA’s that are not part of a sourcing event.
- Assist with Supplier Diversity program by assisting with mentorship program and diversity event support.
- Process simple amendments (e.g. date change, extensions, etc)
- Assist with capturing of meeting minutes for critical meetings.
- Document creation/distribution/execution.
- Purchase requisition issuance.
Qualifications/ What you bring:
- Solid knowledge and experience of the overall Procurement Process (e.g. Supplier onboarding through contract execution).
- System understanding of SAP Ariba.
- Be detail oriented with a focus on organization.
- Ability to meet deadlines.
- Ability to manage a high-volume workload.
- Ability to collaborate in a team environment (e.g. Collaborating with Business units, Procurement Engagement Consultants, IPSS Management, etc).
- Have fixed internet access with adequate upload and download speed to allow working from home.
