The Key Account Manager position is responsible for managing and growing the Toysmith account base and revenue for both defined and prospective portfolios of key account retailers and distributors - with a specific focus on the grocery channel. The ideal candidate will be adept at building strong relationships with strategic customers and have previous experience buying/selling within the grocery channel. They will be able to identify customer requirements and industry trends to promote our company’s solutions and achieve mutual success. This is a highly independent role that requires an individual who exhibits initiative, drive and enthusiasm.
THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE REGULAR TRAVEL TO OUR PACIFIC, WA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS.

Requirements
· 3 years proven success as Key Account Manager
· Excellence in creative, solution-based problem solving and negotiation
· Exceptional analytical, project management and organizational skills
· Strong interpersonal communication and emotional intelligence
· Ability to collaborate cross-functionally
· Adept at conducting meetings on virtual platforms (i.e. Zoom, Microsoft Teams)
· Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
· 5 years selling general merchandise into grocery channel and/or experience as a Buyer
Preferred Qualifications:
· Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or a related field.
· Experience in hardlines or consumer packaged goods (CPG)
· NetSuite proficiency
