The Marketing Manager at Toysmith is responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns and programs that drive customer acquisition, retention, and loyalty across the company, including Toysmith brands and programs, distributed partner brands and the Toysmith corporate brand. This includes identifying target audiences, creating marketing materials and campaigns, and analyzing the effectiveness of marketing efforts.  To be successful, the Marketing Manager must have intimate knowledge of and experience in business-to-business marketing and exceptional written and verbal skills to translate them into compelling and actionable external content.   

THIS POSITION WILL REQUIRE REGULAR TRAVEL TO OUR PACIFIC, WA CORPORATE HEADQUARTERS.

Requirements

· Prior experience in B2B marketing

· Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

· Proficient in MS Office Suite with advanced Excel skills

· Experience with customer email marketing platforms

· Basic web design skills and experience with Word Press

· Demonstrable leadership skills 

Preferred Qualifications: 

· Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing or a related field. 

· Graphic design experience
