Essential Job Expectations:
- Create, enhance and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in meeting your property’s sales expectations.
- Create, enhance and maintain strong client relationships that will assist in exceeding every guest’s expectations
- Work closely with the General Manager and other sales associates to achieve or exceed the expectations of your property’s sales department
- Clearly understand and hold yourself accountable for the expectations of the Director of Sales position
- Treat the hotel as if it was your own
- Assist in providing a safe, healthy environment for all guests and associates
- Assure that your daily actions and decision-making reflect TPI’s nine core values
