Summary
TPN is looking for a Media Coordinator who is seeking an opportunity to work on a growing digital team. The Media Coordinator will have the opportunity to gain a general understanding of advertising, media planning, and media activation.
This role will support the digital team on day-to-day stewarding of media activity on assigned accounts. They support the planning, buying, campaign activation, and optimizations for digital media programs.
This person must be able to work independently and be enthusiastic to learn digital media; planning based on sound strategy, media buying, and media activation.
The Media Coordinator will work across several accounts and will work closely with the entire digital team.
Core Accountabilities
- Demonstrates an eagerness to stay abreast of emerging digital trends and technologies
- Maintains and organizes media plans documents (RFP, Media Recommendations, Insertion Orders, Tags, Media Plans, and Flow Charts)
- Generates Tags through DoubleClick, include viewability partners such as IAS and Moat
- Inputs campaigns into Media Tracker
- Helps manage campaign activation process with digital team
- Reconcile and manage any media billing
- Ensure that media plans are delivered in full and optimized as needed
- Prepare campaign recaps for clients
