About the role:
As a B2B Marketing Manager for TQL, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns through digital ads, email marketing, social media and other forms of B2B advertising. This role is for a proven, results driven leader who can think strategically, actively solve problems, and has experience in digital marketing. This position reports directly to the Director of Corporate Sponsorships.

What you’ll be doing:
- Manage, lead, and develop a team of B2B marketing professionals
- Develop and implement marketing campaigns focused on B2B audiences with defined business objectives
- Drive lead generation through email marketing, content marketing, social media advertising, search engine optimization (SEO), and other relevant channels
- Collaborate with sales, product management, and creative teams on marketing strategies that create and deliver effective content for the intended audience(s)
- Optimize the company's website to increase organic web traffic and improve visibility
- Ensure web content is actively maintained. Oversee projects related to the company’s website, including implementing and managing site analytics and other tools focused on maximizing user experience (UX)
- Utilize marketing automation tools and platforms to streamline lead nurturing and customer engagement processes. Set up automated email campaigns, workflows, and lead scoring systems to effectively manage and convert leads
- Create, monitor, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) for marketing campaigns. Provide regular reports and insights to senior leaders and key stakeholders
- Monitor and manage B2B paid ad spend allocations for maximum ROI
What you need:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
- 5 years of relevant work experience in digital marketing; B2B marketing experience preferred
- Experience leading a team of individual contributors
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Ability to multitask, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines
- Demonstrates a sense of urgency by adapting and prioritizing in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment
- In-depth knowledge of digital marketing techniques and tools such as email marketing, social media advertising, content marketing, marketing automation, and CRM
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
