About the role:
As an HRIS Analyst for TQL, you’ll be joining the team with responsibility for the integration, collection, and security of HR data for the second largest freight brokerage firm in the nation. Our analysts also support the design, functionality, and operations of our HRIS, Workday, and processes.

What you’ll be doing:
- Systems analysis, integration design and development, testing, implementation and maintaining integrations in Workday and other data
- integration applications and platforms
- Work in partnership with cross-functional teams to define requirements and ensure the seamless transfer of data within our systems
- Develop and test new inbound and outbound integrations in Workday Studio, core connector and EIBs
- Support and improve Workday integrations to ensure they’re built for scale
- Leverage integration error logs to ensure that things are working properly
- Analyze integration issues to outline trends and create action plans to resolve issues in a timely manner
- Create reports in Workday including complex calculated fields
- Test new system features and releases and evaluate the impact on integrations
- Provide technical consultation in development, vendor package system evaluations, and enhancement of new/existing systems
- Responsible for all technical aspects of the product application lifecycle
What you need:
- 1 years’ experience building and supporting Workday integrations preferred
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science or a related technical field
- Experience with JavaScript and cloud platforms including serverless architecture
- Integration experience using REST (JSON, XML), SOAP API
- Analytical approach to solving system issues including understanding system interdependencies
- Ability to identify issues, compare data, investigate, and resolve discrepancies
- Strong functional background in HCM systems preferred
- Experience with Workday Studio, CCBs, Web Services & REST APIs
