Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the Marketing Manager to develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans for Trachte Building Systems and its subsidiaries.
- Assist in the execution of lead-generation campaigns targeting various market segments.
- Create compelling content for websites, brochures, social media, email campaigns, and other marketing materials.
- Support digital marketing efforts to enhance brand visibility and drive traffic.
- Track and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, analyzing KPIs to adjust strategies as needed.
- Contribute to the production and distribution of promotional materials, as well as event marketing initiatives such as trade shows and conferences.
- Contribute to the planning, scheduling, and execution of trade shows and industry events, ensuring seamless logistics, booth setup, and marketing materials.
- Assist in managing content for product launches, customer testimonials, and other marketing collateral.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and customer insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure marketing messages align with business goals.
- Maintain relationships with external vendors, including design agencies, printing services, and SEO partners.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of marketing experience, preferably in the construction, manufacturing, or related industries.
- Experience executing marketing campaigns across various channels.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tactics, including SEO and social media.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and engaging content.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and Word Press.
- Strong analytical skills to measure marketing performance and make data-driven decisions.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite or other graphic design software.
- Experience with trade show planning, scheduling and execution a plus
- Experience with video production and editing a plus
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
