Trade is rapidly scaling and growing its brand as the premier online destination for the $14BN specialty coffee market. We are looking for a strong VP Growth to scale our brand and growth with new audiences through strategic leadership, disciplined & exceptional execution and strong team management. In this role, you will work with the President, cross-functional partners and the marketing team to drive new customer growth across all our digital channels (both paid and free). You have demonstrated success working with scaling DTC brand startups, strong understanding of technical aspects of data and digital product management, alongside a creative instinct for storytelling and content that inspires and converts shoppers into customers.

- Recruit and lead a high performing team of digital marketers; provide thoughtful mentorship and prioritization of different initiatives
- Drive strategy and execution of our performance and conversion focused marketing efforts from first touch point to initial conversion
- Architect and tightly manage a testing framework to radically increase our volume and pace of learning across all channels and aspects of the user funnel to conversion
- Obsessively track results and define critical growth KPIs, reacting quickly in response to market trends and results
- Manage marketing budget and media portfolio mix to scale growth with new audiences
- Partner with creative, product, data and finance teams to execute with keen focus on acquiring highly engaged new customers who will grow into loyal, high LTV customers
- Hold a key seat on the executive team to lead on strategic company decisions around how we should grow our customer base
- Partner with our content and creative team to co-develop a high performing content & campaign marketing engine

- 10 years experience in growth marketing, with deep understanding of the affluent male audience base predisposed to premium food and beverage products
- A strategic and entrepreneurial mindset with ability to push the envelope and take calculated risks
- In-depth expertise and demonstrated success operating and leading paid media, SEO, content marketing, influencers, affiliates and other digital channels
- Exceptional organizational leadership skills with the ability to attract, grow and retain top talent
- Deep relationships and network within the growth marketing industry, with keen eye towards top vendors, agencies and leading technologies
- Highly analytical, deeply data-driven with extensive experience with incremental measurement, AB testing, attribution models, web and financial analytics
- Creativity and passion for performance-oriented and inspirational content building to drive profitable and measurable growth
- Great relationship builder and excellent communicator
