Marketing Assistant
Trade Design Build is a small, integrated Architectural Design and Construction firm focused on contemporary and exciting design solutions, executed with exceptional craftsmanship and attention to detail. Our primary focus is on the hospitality, agro-tourism and beverage industries. We also do work in other commercial and residential markets, as well as smaller scales such as furniture and casework installations.
Our company is rooted in the seamless connection between the design process and physical construction of that vision. We pride ourselves on our integrated process which strives to engage designers and builders throughout project delivery, from conception to occupation.
We’re looking for a Marketing Assistant who can coordinate and execute our marketing plan to help us further grow the company. The ideal candidate would have a background in graphic design & marketing and would be a self-driven, organized person who would be capable of executing this plan in a way that is inline with our strategic plan and established brand.
The candidate will be responsible for the coordination & production of advertising materials, website maintenance, SEO, social media content, copy, and coordination of community outreach efforts.

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage CRM platform
- Manage advertising & marketing efforts including print, radio, online advertising & sponsorships
- Oversee and maintain website & SEO efforts
- Produce and coordinate all necessary marketing content including copy, photography, videography and other graphic content
- Develop and manage all social media platforms & content including Instagram, Facebook, blog and others
- Coordinate & manage all community outreach and charitable efforts
- Work with management team to identify & engage in networking& sales opportunities
- Work with management team to help develop & implement a robust brand identity that aligns with established principles & goals of the organization and strategic plan
Salary:
- $45,000 - $65,000 per year to start. Depending on resume and experience.
