Job Description
Main Purpose
As a Customer Experience Rep with Tradebe, you will provide quality customer service to all of Tradebe’s internal and external customers. You will work closely with the sales team and partner with them to provide satisfactory customer services to our new and existing customers.
Key job responsibilities
- Handle all Customer Service inquiries and issues within the assigned region
- Monitor daily Customer Service Operations and activities for Sales Personnel
- Will provide assistance to customers and sales personnel by answering customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Submitting profiles for approval
- Scheduling pickup and deliveries of customer material and will confirm customer appointments
- Will coordinate customer pickups with transportation
- Notify and resolve issues with load discrepancies
- Quote potential waste streams
- Maintain customer price schedules
- And other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- A Bachelor’s degree in environmental science (or related degree) from an accredited University is preferred or two years of industry-related experience
- Strong professional communication and organization skills are required
- Must be friendly and service oriented
- Have excellent problem-solving abilities and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Must able to multi-task
- Ability to read, understand, and apply common operational documents, SOP’s, and waste manifests, are required
- Ability to work well with others and a proficiency in Excel is required
- Proficiency in SAP is a plus
- The ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check, are required
