Office Administrator Job Description
We are the leading dock construction company in central Alabama specializing in the design and construction of docks, gazebos, and decks for both residential and commercial clients. We are poised to experience rapid growth and are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Office Administrator to join our team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
· Scheduling meetings and appointments as needed
· Act as the primary point of contact for all daily customer phone calls
· Providing general administrative support to company leadership
· Ordering inventory from vendors and suppliers
· Coordinating job supply and service needs
· Internal sales
· Greeting visitors
Required Skills & Experience:
· Previous administrative/office experience
· Attention to detail
· Strong communication skills
· Knowledge of Excel, Word, Quickbooks, Microsoft 365, Outlook, multi-line phone systems, and computer skills
· Construction knowledge is preferred
· Sketchup knowledge is a plus
· A college degree is preferred but not a requirement
