What are the responsibilities and job description for the Receptionist - Part-time- evenings position at Trail Ridge Retirement?
Trail Ridge Senior Living Community, a not-for-profit American Baptist Homes of the Midwest community, is looking for a skilled and courteous Receptionist to join our team.
The primary responsibility of the Receptionist is to facilitate professional, courteous communications and provide a welcoming introduction to our Community; greeting and assisting our residents, vendors, guest and employees on the phone and in person. This position will provide a variety of services and problem solving for our residents and guests as specific needs arise. Ideal candidates will have prior experience in a customer service role.

- Currently hiring part-time evenings & weekends PRN (as needed)
What you will need:
- Receptionist and Health Care experience preferred
- High School graduate or equivalent required
- Ability to build rapport and communicate tactfully and effectively with residents, family members, visitors and the public, to convey understanding of services offered
- Proficient computer skills
- Covid-19 vaccination is required to work in a healthcare setting
