Pardot/Salesforce Administrator

Job purpose

The Pardot/Salesforce Administrator (PSA) will be responsible for designing, building, and executing engaging email experiences for clients and prospects. This role will be responsible for email campaigns from start to finish; this includes email build, deployment configuration, testing, QA, launch, and post-tracking of deployment activities. The PSA will use the salesforce marketing suite (SFMC), including pardot and its resources, to produce all campaigns to deliver dynamic and personalized email marketing campaigns leveraging all tools available in SFMC to provide timely, targeted communications to customers.

Duties and responsibilities

• This role will need to work closely with the leadership and marketing to understand key campaign parameters and inputs, such as subscriber audience, segmentation list needs, program frequency, degree of personalization, and overall creative approach.
• The PSA will collaborate closely with marketing team for needed copy, graphics, photos, and other content needed to build and maintain marketing campaigns using automation and journeys. Also, work closely with the marketing team to provide input on best practices for client journeys.
• This role will be responsible for QA testing and rendering across all major email clients, devices, and browsers.
• This role will ensure the proper internal QA process is followed: set up email creative for internal team approvals, team testing, schedule deployment, and complete post-deployment checks.
• The role will need to be able to identify and resolve potential issues proactively
• Partner and collaborate with peers to ensure knowledge sharing and process efficiencies

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in one or a combination of the following: marketing, digital marketing, digital platforms
• 1 year of experience working with an email or automation marketing platform (salesforce (partdot), Marketo, hubspot, mailchimp, etc )
• Experience with marketing of financial services is plus
