Call Center Customer Care Manager
At Tran Inc Enterprises, we are one of the longest established online retailers of luxury watches. We are seeking a Customer Service-Focused Call Center Manager - with a minimum of 5 years previous experience managing staff. We are searching for someone with great interpersonal skills, and an intuitive, dynamic personality to become a part of our team and help grow our company.
Responsibilities Include (this is not an exhaustive list):
Manage, train, and oversee a team of customer service/sales associates
Report on team and individual performance
Schedule and manage employee breaks
Hiring
Handle customer inquiries and manager calls
Develop and maintain knowledge base of products and services
Operations management
Company liaison and maintain working relationship with other businesses
Overtime required (as needed)
Extended holiday season hours
Regular hours: M-F 9-6 in office, Saturday or Sunday (oversee employees approx. 30 minutes) from home, plus 1 Saturday/month (approx 2-4 hours) from home
On site only, no remote work option
Qualifications:
Previous experience managing associates, minimum 5 years
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or related field
Strong leadership qualities, ability to effectively manage a team of associates
