Real estate firm is seeking a Leasing agent to be responsible for the leasing and retention operations of a 60-unit property. This person would be primarily responsible for maintaining a high occupancy and leased percentage, while also providing a luxury experience to our tenants through excellent customer service. ***WED - SUN SCHEDULE*****
Responsibilities
- Meeting sales goals and renting upcoming vacancies by responding to prospective tenant inquiries, conducting tours, and engaging in timely follow-up communication.
- Assisting prospective tenants through the leasing process by providing information regarding everything from the application process to moving day policies and procedures.
- Generating Lease paperwork and expressing the importance of complying with property policies as outlined in the lease agreement.
- Generating renewals for current tenants, keeping track of renewal status, and engaging in persistent follow up to meet lease expiration deadlines.
- Provides customer service to all prospective, current, and former tenants.
- Inspects apartments prior to occupancy to ensure all required work has been completed to standard
- Responds to tenant complaints through communication with maintenance and upper management
- Analyzes and resolves work problems, or assists workers in solving work problems
- Performs additional assignments as required by operating needs of the company or as directed by upper management.

- Product knowledge and retention.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, prioritize and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with demonstrated ability to speak and write clearly

- Experience with MS Office and data entry
- Demonstrated ability to be self-directed and take initiative
- Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality
- Must be able to adhere to all policies and procedures as outlined in the company handbook
