Job Summary:
Trane in Tampa, FL is seeking a Bid Coordinator to join the team. In this role you will provide a key role for assisting the Account Managers with entering, monitoring and managing of sales opportunities via the Trane CRM tool. Integral in orchestrating customer relationships by procuring and disseminating day to day documentation.
Responsibilities:
- Downloads documents from multiple sources for opportunities
- Email management and document control
- Update and run reports for customers
- Sends proposals to customers
- Maintains accurate information on opportunities
Qualifications:
- Multi-tasking a must
- Working knowledge of office equipment and MS Office programs
- One year certificate from college or school and/or equivalent office experience
- Ability to effectively present information in one-on-one or small group environments
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented
- Organization and attention to detail will be a great driver for this position.
Salary: $40,000-$52,000 base salary
