Job Summary:
Trane in Pacific Northwest / Rocky Mountain Region is hiring for a Service Agreement Estimator to support our service businesses in Seattle, Portland, Spokane and Alaska. This role is critical to the success for our customers and direct sales team. The role plays a key part of analytics, processing, guidance with regards to our Service Agreement that are either up for renewal or new for our business. Service Agreements are a top priority for our service business and this role enables continued growth and emphasis in this area. This role has another counterpart representing our Rocky Mountain offices. These two roles interact and share best practices, can balance workload, create and improve process as well as dive into analytics around our service agreements.
Responsibilities:
- Create Renewal Proposals
- Send out Renewal Proposals each month
- Facilitate the renewals process with each office in your purview
- Run and Monitor Past Due Aging Renewals
- Process Automatic Renewals
- Close out old Contracts
- Analyze contract performance and determine how to propose and position estimates
- Monitor and correct interventions and parts accuracy on our contracts
- Process agreements as they come back complete
- Setup Service Agreement Estimates for house accounts/Account Managers/Contracting
- Complete GSA paperwork for GSA contracts
- Establish new accounts, add equipment, update account information in Salesforce
- Travel 10% of the time.
Qualifications
- Minimum Education: High School Diploma/GED required
- Preferred Education: Associates or bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering or Construction Management
- 1-3 years of HVAC or Controls experience a plus
- Previous experience in a coordinating or project management role a plus
- Must be organized with the ability to multi-task and prioritize daily interruptions.
- Must be detailed oriented and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
- Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, and Windows.
Base Compensation Range is $44,500-$75,000.
Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
