This role has been designated as On-Site –In-person required. Work must be done on-site daily.
Responsibilities:
- Answers inquiries, directs calls, and greets customers in courteous and timely manner.
- Monitors visitor access and maintains security awareness.
- Prepares inter-office correspondence.
- Manages incoming and outgoing mail, faxes and communications.
- Types letters, memos, and other items for various departments as needed.
- Prepares monthly logs and reports as required..
- Orders office supplies and manages office expenditures.
- Trains backup coverage for phone support and assists in creating back-up reception schedule.
- Issues purchase orders for office related expenditures.
- Updates employee profiles displays and directories.
- Orders catering for internal and external meetings
- Monitors and maintains office equipment.
- Maintains appearance of the office common areas.
- Manages office vendor relationships.
- Prints, binds & distributes materials as requested.
- Executes documents on behalf of leadership team.
- Oversees and manages security and parking requirements for office.
- Books travel reservations.
- Assists in creating the monthly office newsletter.
- Assembles Binders
- Processes Administrative Claims for Warranty
- Arranges couriers for pick up and drop off
- Issues purchase orders
- Updates sales job schedules
- Aggregate and organize plans and schedules for customer requests for proposals
- Coordinate and distribute proposals for these projects after sales teams have developed them
- Maintain the customer database of customer contacts and contracts
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and two to three years related experience with a multi-line phone system preferred; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office required and any experience with Adobe software programs would be considered an asset.
Base Compensation Range is $30,000 to $63,500.
Disclaimer: This base salary range is based on US national averages. Actual base pay could be a result of seniority, merit, geographic location where the work is performed.
