Responsibilities:
- Coordinate office communication and event activities.
- Develop and market onsite customer training programs.
- Assist management team with associate training and events
- Consult with clients after sales event to provide ongoing support.
- Facilitate leads developed from existing and new clients after sales event.
- Working with sales team on presentations, preparing conference rooms with supplies, food, marketing supplies and literature.
- Develop, market, and coordinate all aspects of a sales event in partnership with the sales team.
- Maintains and updates customer database, Salesforce, with correct contact information for current customers as well as adding new customers.
- Assists in finding, entering, editing and managing critical data on customers. (Site, Owning Company, Equipment, etc)
- Responsible for general administrative functions to support the Sales process.
- Manage office services including janitorial, landscape, and facility management
- Front desk customer responsibilities.
- Flexibility to work overtime/weekends, as required.
Qualifications:
- One-year certificate from college or technical school; or six (6) months to two (2) years of related experience and/ or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Working knowledge of office equipment and Microsoft Office products.
- Excellent customer service experience.
- Ability to correspond effectively to customers, clients, and other employees of the organization.
- Self-starter with a strong sense of urgency.
This role has been designated as On-Site – In-person required. Work must be done on-site daily. *The Company reserves the right to modify this designation should business needs require.

Salary : $49,700 - $62,900
