Job Description
The PMO Analyst will work with our GovCon client.

Responsibilities:
Implement and train program management team members on effective operational work.
Prepare contract and project status reports for management review
Prepare financial reports (estimates at completion, burn reports, etc.) using provided templates and update according to any project or staffing changes
Review contract data to prepare project kick-off, monthly, and quarterly review presentations using provided templates
Support the project managers and/or program managers in creating, reviewing, and finalizing contract deliverables
Review deliverables and invoices for quality and accuracy
Track contractual and project due dates to completion
Coordinate travel requests and approve travel expense reports ensuring Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) compliance
Work along project managers to capture and analyze risks
Initiate on/offboarding process for team members
Assist in preparing required Capability Maturity Model Integration (CMMI) documentation as needed
Support the standardization of processes across the organization for consistency, efficiency, and effectiveness
Qualifications:
A Bachelor’s degree in business, accounting, or a similar field
At least 2 years’ experience providing administrative support
Strong program coordination and administration abilities
Good critical thinking and problem-solving skills
Solid communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple deadlines and priorities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work well under pressure
Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel
Experience in local, state, or federal contracting is a plus
Familiarity with Federal Travel Regulation (FTR) is a plus
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
Education
Bachelor’s Degree in a related field or a combination of training, certifications, and experience

This position will involve no travel.
