The successful candidate will provide administrative support to our management team, ensuring seamless daily operations and exceptional customer service. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional to make a positive impact in a dynamic and supportive environment. **Duties** - Provide administrative support to the management team, including scheduling meetings and appointments, preparing presentations and reports, and managing correspondence. - Assist with front desk duties, including greeting visitors, answering phone calls, and managing mail and packages. - Manage event planning, including coordinating logistics, creating agendas, and ensuring timely communication with attendees. - Utilize Google Suite and Outlook Calendar to stay organized and ensure timely completion of tasks. - Conduct data entry and maintain accurate records using QuickBooks and other software. - Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries, and addressing concerns in a timely and professional manner. - Coordinate projects, including setting priorities, managing timelines, and ensuring successful project outcomes. - Perform other administrative tasks as required, including filing documents and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. **Skills** - Proficiency with file and document management - Experience with data entry and organizational software - Strong skills with Google Suite and Outlook Calendar - Ability to work effectively at the front desk - Proficiency with QuickBooks - Experience with event planning and coordination - Excellent customer service skills - Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously - Strong communication and organizational skills - Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information If you are a detail-oriented and organized individual with a passion for providing exceptional customer service, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: $13.00 - $22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 10 – 30 per week
