We currently have an opening for an Accounts Payable Clerk position available at our office in Cheney. This position is responsible vouchers, reconciling invoices and master bills to ensure accurate and timely payments to vendors and suppliers while supporting Accounts Payable Manager and staff.
Responsibilities include:
- Uses analytical skills to determine correct expense codes
- Contacts vendors to resolve discrepancies
- Reconciles assigned general ledger accounts
Required Experience/Knowledge:
- Must have higher education academic degree, preferably Bachelor’s
- 2 years of accounts payable experience preferred
- Must have strong computer skills including intermediate Excel proficiency
- Experience with Microsoft Dynamics GP a plus
