Platform Change Support Analyst

Job Description Summary Job Description Our strategy is to deliver an online, automated service for customers and reduce operating costs whilst providing a robust and compliant service. Platform Change Analysts are multi skilled and responsible for providing technical support to ensure the management, delivery and development of our Change Programme and system enhancements. You will have a strong knowledge of the propositions, products, regulations and you must have a flexible, can-do approach. About You: Using your change experience you will have input to Business Case Initiatives, highlighting the benefits and priorities of the required change Challenge, highlight and report relevant risks/issues for inclusion in project risk logs Determine business impacts across propositions Using expert experience, identify viable solutions which may be more cost effective, while remaining within overall business, project and programme principles Design and implement business readiness activities Provide post implementation support to all departments in receipt of programme change for an agreed period, utilising expertise in the business change to support operational issues Input/review Business Verification Plan (BVT) to ensure full coverage is providing during deployment of code Essential criteria : Proven track record of working in a similar role ideally within financial services or a platform provider and a strong understanding of relevant legislations. Strong problem solving, planning and analysis skills with an ability to take into account the bigger picture and end-to-end view of processes. You boast strong Stakeholder engagement and communication skills that allow you to relay complex information in an easy to understand manner to internal and external stakeholders at all levels. Well versed at working in a high risk environment with the ability to quickly identify issues and keep all reporting and policies up to date. You are an expert of working on Change projects and the Change Lifecycles ideally with experience of working with Jira. A highly motivated individual, with excellent time management and task planning skills, who can manage your own workload whilst ensuring that all project deadlines are met. Qualifications: No specific qualifications however project management, learning & development qualifications, investment/financial planning, platform or pensions qualifications and Lean Six Sigma awareness would be advantageous How we reward you: This is a Fixed Term Contrac role with a competitive salary ranging from £31,440 to £47,000, this will be dependent on experience with great career development opportunities. Non-contributory Pension between 8% and 12% dependent on age.
